3. Account security

8. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finx Exchange Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Account termination

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or where required for legal compliance. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends immediately.

11. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to the courts or arbitration body with jurisdiction in Denver, Colorado.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this website. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
